Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 16 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • crushed corn flakes
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb

How to make potato casserole:

Thaw potatoes and combine in large bowl with butter; add salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Blend thoroughly and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Top with melted butter and flakes. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
