Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Thaw potatoes and combine in large bowl with butter; add salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Blend thoroughly and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Top with melted butter and flakes. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
