Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- corn flakes - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Thaw potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix with other ingredients. Top with 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes, tossed in 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
