  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • corn flakes - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb

How to make potato casserole:

Thaw potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix with other ingredients. Top with 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes, tossed in 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
