Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 2 c
  • crushed corn flakes - 2 c
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb

How to make potato casserole:

Defrost hash browns and mix well with 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour into a 3-quart casserole and top with mixture of 1/4 cup melted butter and corn flakes. Bake for 45 minutes.
