Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Defrost hash browns and mix well with 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour into a 3-quart casserole and top with mixture of 1/4 cup melted butter and corn flakes. Bake for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
