Ingredients/Components
- firmly packed brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can pork and beans - 1 oz
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- slices bacon - 4 item
- molasses optional - 2 Tbsp
How to make oven baked beans:
Heat oven to 350°. Cook bacon to crisp; drain. Crumble bacon. In a 1-quart casserole, combine bacon, pork and beans, onion, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring every 15 minutes. Makes about 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
