Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- large bag hash browns - 1 item
- mild Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cornflakes - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Place potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Mix cheese, sour cream, soup and 3/4 stick softened margarine and spread on top of potatoes. Mix slightly crushed cornflakes with 3/4 stick margarine (melted) and put on top of casserole. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
