Twice baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- grated cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Bake potatoes 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out center. Whip with mixture with salt, pepper and margarine. Add milk slowly until a little stiffer than mashed potatoes. Fill shells. Cover with grated cheese. Do not overbake at serving time. Sprinkle on top with paprika. Bacon bits may be added if desired.
