Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 32 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Put potatoes in 9 x 15-inch dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Crushed potato chips or cracker crumbs can be placed on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
