Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all together and place in casserole. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. If desired, may be topped with buttered bread crumbs, during last 20 minutes of baking.Hint: Thaw hash browns to make mixing easier.
