- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Spread potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs. Pour over potatoes. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
