Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 lb
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • onion - 1/2 c
  • buttered bread crumbs - 1 item

How to make potato casserole:

Spread potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs. Pour over potatoes. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
