Ingredients/Components
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- bouillon cubes - 1 item
- thick pork chops, browned - 1 item
- rice on each chop - 1 Tbsp
- thick slice onion on each chop - 1 item
- thick slice green pepper on each chop - 1 item
- thick tomato slice on each chop - 1 item
How to make pork chops:
Brown chops first. Put onion, green pepper, tomato and rice on each chop. Pour 2 1/2 cups bouillon, seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme, over it. Bake, covered, at 325° to 350° for 50 minutes or may use electric frypan.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Pork chop.
