Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- finely chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- celery salt - 3/4 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1 2
- shredded Cheddar cheese mild
- can pink salmon - 1 1/2
How to make salmon cheese ball:
Drain salmon; remove skins and bones. Flake with a fork and stir in remaining ingredients, except pecans. Chill until firm. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans. Chill overnight. Yields 1 cheese ball.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Salmon.
