Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • finely chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • celery salt - 3/4 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 1 2
  • shredded Cheddar cheese mild
  • can pink salmon - 1 1/2

How to make salmon cheese ball:

Drain salmon; remove skins and bones. Flake with a fork and stir in remaining ingredients, except pecans. Chill until firm. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans. Chill overnight. Yields 1 cheese ball.
