- bunches parsley, stemmed, cleaned and chopped fine - 2 item
- bulgar, cleaned and soaked in water 1 hour - 1 c
- handful mint, stemmed and cleaned - 1 item
- bunch onions, cut fine - 1 item
- or 3 tomatoes, cleaned and cut in small pieces - 2 item
