Spicy meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- molasses - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- Accent - 1 tsp
How to make spicy meatballs:
Sprinkle Accent, salt and onion over meat. Mix bread crumbs and milk and add to meat. Form into one-inch balls. Roll in flour and brown in butter. Drain off fat.Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Simmer about ten minutes until glazed. Add water as needed.
Serve on toothpicks for a party or with rice and salad for a main dish. Makes 6 main dish servings.
