  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • dry sherry - 2 Tbsp
  • can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
  • slices bacon - 8 item
  • chicken breast halves, skinned and boned - 8 item
  • dry chipped beef, shredded - 1 pkg

How to make party chicken:

Sprinkle chipped beef evenly over bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon. Place on top of chipped beef. Mix soup, sherry and sour cream. Stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Bake at 275° for 3 hours. Serve with wild rice. Serves 8.
