  • sour cream - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • slices bacon - 10 item
  • dried beef - 4 oz
  • chicken breasts, boned and halved - 5 item
  • sliced mushrooms canned - 1/2 c

How to make wrapped chicken breasts:

Arrange dried beef in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Pound chicken breasts with meat pounder and roll up and wrap in 1 slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick and place over dried beef. Top with sliced mushrooms. Combine sour cream and soup and pour over chicken.

Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover for the last half hour. Makes 10 servings.
