- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cold milk - 1/4 c
- cream - 2/3 c
- oleo - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- chicken, cubed - 2 c
- recipe pastry - 1 item
How to make chicken pie:
Divide pastry in half. Line a 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan with 1 part pastry. Melt oleo; add flour and seasonings. Let bubble. Add liquid and cook slowly until thickened. Add chicken. Pour into pan. Top with pastry. Bake at 450° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
