Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1 pt
• chopped onion - 1 c
• chopped, cooked chicken - 3 c
• cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
• flour tortillas - 1 item
• Velveeta with chilies - 1 lb

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Melt cheese. Add soup, sour cream and onion. Mix well. Pour a small amount of cheese mixture into chicken (enough to moisten chicken). Place a spoonful of chicken on a flour tortilla. Roll up and place in an ovenproof baking dish, seam side down. Pou
