- pieces chicken raw - 8 item
- to 3/4 stick margarine pareve - 1/2 item
How to make oven fried chicken:
Skin the chicken pieces. Melt margarine in a medium frying pan. Mix bread crumbs with spices, adding according to taste. Preheat oven to 350°. Dip chicken pieces in margarine, then cover with bread crumb mixture. Place in a 10 1/2 x 15-inch pan that has been lined with aluminum foil.
