- pinch of salt - 1 item
- cooking oil - 2 3
- cinnamon to taste - 1 item
- sugar to taste - 1 item
- cooked apples - 2 c
- 10 count can biscuits - 1 item
How to make oven fried apple pies:
Use apples that have been cooked down real low. Mix apples, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Roll biscuits real thin; put about 1 1/2 tablespoons of apples on 1/2 of each biscuit. Fold over and crimp edges with a fork. Put oil in sheet cake pan and place pies in pan 5 at a time. Bake 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until nice and brown at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Apple.
