Ingredients/Components

  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • garlic powder - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • Italian seasoning - 1 item
  • slices Mozzarella cheese - 4 item
  • jar Ragu pizza sauce - 1 item
  • whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item

How to make mozzarella chicken:

Mix Bisquick, Italian seasoning, pepper and garlic powder. Coat chicken in this mixture. Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes. Remove chicken from oven. Spoon pizza sauce over chicken and cover with cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
