Mexican chicken pizza
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 tsp
- 1 c - 4 oz
- cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- salsa - 1 item
- chopped tomato - 1/2 c
- finely chopped onions - 1/4 c
- chopped green chilies - 2 3
- cumin - 1/2 tsp
- sliced black olives - 1/4 c
- 1 1/2 c - 6 oz
- avocado, peeled and sliced - 1 item
- can Pillsbury refrigerated All-Ready pizza crust - 1 oz
How to make mexican chicken pizza:
Heat oven to 425°. Grease 12-inch pizza pan with oil; sprinkle with cornmeal. Unroll dough; press in greased pan. In large bowl, combine chicken, chili powder, cumin and garlic salt. Mix well. Spoon chicken evenly over dough; top with tomato, olives, onions, green chilies, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese. Bake at 425° for 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown.
