Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- steak sauce - 1/4 c
- seasoned dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make mom's meat loaf:
Mix lightly, but thoroughly and shape into loaf. Place in shallow pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let cool for 10 minutes and slice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Meatloaf.
