Ingredients/Components
- pork chops - 6 item
- to 4 unpeeled apples, cored and sliced - 3 item
- brown sugar, packed - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make pork chops and apples:
Heat oven to 400°. Brown chops on all sides. Place sliced apples in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Top with chops. Cover. Bake 1 1/2 hours.From Debbie Story's kitchen.
