Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- oatmeal - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
How to make mom's meat loaf:
Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for about one hour.Microwave Method: Shape meat mixture into a ring on a glass pie plate. Lightly cover with waxed paper. Microwave on power level 7 for 20 to 25 minutes, until meat no longer looks pink inside. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
