Ingredients/Components
- cans Veg-All, drained - 2 item
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese part sharp, part medium, if desired - 3 c
- rolls Ritz crackers, crushed - 2 item
- 1/2 sticks melted butter - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs mixed with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (1/2 recipe makes an 8 x 8 dish).Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
