- onion soup mix - 1 item
- cooked chicken - 1 c
- rice - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- cans water - 2 item
- bag broccoli - 1/2 item
How to make mom's chicken casserole:
Lay rice on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix onion soup and water in pan. Place chicken on top of that, then broccoli. Next, dilute cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup water; pour over broccoli. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
