Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small head lettuce, chopped - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- hot sauce - 1 item
- can pinto beans - 1 item
- or 2 tomatoes, chopped - 1 item
- yellow cheese, shredded - 1 pkg
- large bottle French dressing - 1 item
- medium bag tortilla chips - 1 item
How to make mexican chef salad:
Break tortilla chips into pieces in a large bowl. Brown beef. Drain. Add to chips. Add dressing, cheese, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, beans and sprinkle 1/2 cup hot sauce. Mix all ingredients well. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers and servRecipe categories: Salads, Main dish, Beans.
