- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1 item
- hamburger meat - 3 4
- slices bread, crumbled - 2 item
- favorite seasoning to taste - 1 item
- gravy packet - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak and gravy:
Mix meat, eggs, bread and seasoning together. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll in flour, mashing flat. Fry. Mix a full glass of water with gravy packet (onion gravy's great) and pour into a pot. Put cooked patties in gravy, simmering while you finish frying rest of patties. Pour off excess grease, but about 2 tablespoons. Pour some of remaining flour in skillet; cook until brown.
