- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- grape jelly - 1 (10
- minced onion - 1/3 c
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- bottle chili sauce
How to make meatballs:
Glaze:1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce1 (10 oz.) grape jelly Mix beef, onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and parsley; shape into 1-inch balls. Brown lightly in skillet; drain off fat. Heat chili sauce with grape jelly, until jelly is melted.Stir constantly so it doesn't stick. Add meatballs; stir gently until coated. Simmer until time to serve or until meatballs are done. Works good with smoked sausage, cut into 1 to 2-inch pieces.
