- cream cheese - 2 pkg
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- onion - 1 item
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix - 1 pkg
- can sliced black olives, drained - 1 item
- diced red pepper - 1/2 c
- 12-inch tortillas - 4 item
How to make mexican pinwheels:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients. Roll. Chill 2 hours. Cut in 1/2-inch slices. Makes 3 dozen.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
