Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- olive oil - 2 tsp
- dried oregano - 1 tsp
- malt vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- , unpeeled - 2 medium
How to make greek oven fries:
Scrub potatoes; cut each lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place wedges in a bowl; cover with cold water. Let stand 30 minutes; drain. Pat dry with paper towels. Toss potatoes with oil; place, skin side down, on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Combine oregano, pepper and salt; sprinkle evenly over potatoes. Bake at 400° for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with vinegar. Yields 4 servings.
