  • sausage - 1 lb
  • Velveeta cheese, chunked - 1 lb
  • cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained and diced - 2 item

How to make mexican dip:

Combine all ingredients. Heat until cheese is melted. Crock-pot is great for this! Stir frequently. Serve on corn chips or nachos.
