  • Bisquick - 3 c
  • hot sausage - 1 lb
  • grated sharp or extra sharp cheese - 1 c
  • finely grated pecans - 2 Tbsp

How to make easy sausage balls:

Combine Bisquick, sausage and cheese. Roll into small balls and bake for 12 minutes at 375° or until brown and crusty. Let cheese get to room temperature before mixing. For a different flavor, add a very small amount of finely, grated onion to mixture.
