Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- thyme leaves - 1/2 tsp
- onion, minced - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- sausage - 1/2 lb
How to make meatballs:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Cook in pan on medium heat until done; drain on paper towels. These are good alone or in your favorite spaghetti sauce. Also, very good in brown gravy.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
