Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can cream of tomato soup - 1 item
- bag carrots - 1 item
- bell pepper, cut into thin strips - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until tender. Blend all other ingredients and pour over carrots in a glass bowl. Cover and marinate overnight.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
