Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese
- milk
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- container Cool Whip - 1 item
- creamy peanut butter - 1/3 c
- small size instant vanilla pudding mix - 1 item
- chopped, unsalted peanuts - 2/3 c
- Third Layer:1 small size instant chocolate pudding mix
- additional chopped peanuts - 1 item
How to make jimmy carter cake:
Second Layer:8 oz. cream cheese1 container Cool Whip1 c. confectioners sugar1/3 c. creamy peanut butter Third Layer:1 small size instant chocolate pudding mix1 small size instant vanilla pudding mix2 3/4 c. milk additional chopped peanuts First Layer: Mix ingredients well. Press into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.Second Layer: Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip, confectioners sugar and peanut butter. Spread over baked crust.
Third Layer: Mix puddings with milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with peanuts and refrigerate until ready to serve.
