Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, sliced and cooked until just tender - 2 lb
How to make copper pennies:
Mix soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over carrots, pepper and onion. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Keeps for several days.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
