  • sugar - 1 c
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • carrots, sliced and cooked until just tender - 2 lb

How to make copper pennies:

Mix soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over carrots, pepper and onion. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Keeps for several days.
