- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla flavoring - 2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- almond flavoring - 1/2 tsp
- container sour cream - 1 (8

How to make cheese cake:
Blend these three ingredients together and press firmly into an 8 or 10-inch spring-form pan.Batter:2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese4 eggs, slightly beaten2 tsp. vanilla flavoring1/2 tsp. almond flavoring1 (8 oz.) container sour cream In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and flavorings. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add sour cream. Blend well. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Bake in a 300° oven until cake is set, but not browned, about 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool. Use any topping that you desire, or eat plain.Note: For a higher cheese cake, double amount of recipe, which I usually do.
