Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small green pepper, cut in rings - 1 item
- carrots, cooked, sliced and drained - 1 or
- medium purple onion, cut in rings - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Salt and pepper carrots. In a container, layer carrots, onion and green pepper. Prepare a sauce with the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate. Will keep for 2 weeks.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
