Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- large, diced onion - 1 item
- or 3 large cans sliced carrots - 2 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Put carrots in bowl. Mix all ingredients together. Pour over carrots, stir and make sure all carrots are covered. Refrigerate. Will keep up to 10 days.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
