  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • oregano - 2 tsp
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • cans tomato sauce - 5 oz
  • parsley - 2 tsp
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cloves minced garlic - 3 item
  • large can tomatoes - 1 item
  • large cans tomato paste - 4 item
  • 1/2 cans mushrooms, drained - 1 item

How to make italian spaghetti sauce:

Saute onion and garlic in oil in a large pot; set aside. Brown ground beef and drain excess fat. Add ground beef, tomato products and spices to sauteed mixture. Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
