Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- oregano - 2 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 5 oz
- parsley - 2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cloves minced garlic - 3 item
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- large cans tomato paste - 4 item
- 1/2 cans mushrooms, drained - 1 item
How to make italian spaghetti sauce:
Saute onion and garlic in oil in a large pot; set aside. Brown ground beef and drain excess fat. Add ground beef, tomato products and spices to sauteed mixture. Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sauces, Main dish.
