Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- soft bread crumbs - 4 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic - 3 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- cans tomato paste - 2 item
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- ground pork - 1 lb
- fennel - 1 tsp
- Romano cheese - 1 Tbsp
- pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cans mushrooms - 2 item
- large cans tomatoes - 2 item
- Stir occasionally
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Brown onion and pepper in olive oil; add all other ingredients and simmer 3 hours. Stir occasionally.Meatballs:3 lb. ground beef1 lb. ground pork2 Tbsp. parsley2 tsp. salt4 c. soft bread crumbs4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese4 eggs, well beaten1/2 tsp. pepper Mix all ingredients together.
