Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • ground beef - 1 to
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1/2 tsp
  • slices bread - 5 item
  • minced garlic - 2 Tbsp
  • large cans tomato puree - 2 item
  • link sweet Italian sausage - 1 item

How to make italian meatballs:

Mix bread, eggs and garlic in ground beef; roll into balls. Brown in pan. In another pan brown the sausage then pour in 2 large cans tomato puree and 1/2 teaspoon garlic, parsley and oregano. Then add the ground beef. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
