- eggs - 3 item
- ground beef - 1 to
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1/2 tsp
- slices bread - 5 item
- minced garlic - 2 Tbsp
- large cans tomato puree - 2 item
- link sweet Italian sausage - 1 item
How to make italian meatballs:
Mix bread, eggs and garlic in ground beef; roll into balls. Brown in pan. In another pan brown the sausage then pour in 2 large cans tomato puree and 1/2 teaspoon garlic, parsley and oregano. Then add the ground beef. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, One Dish meal.
