oatmeal - 1 c
brown sugar - 1 c
white sugar - 1 c
well beaten eggs - 2 item
soda - 1 tsp
stick butter - 1 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
baking powder - 1 tsp
cinnamon - 1 tsp
flour
Add the remaining ingredients and bake 25 to 30 minutes
cream - 1/2 c
can coconut - 1 item

How to make oatmeal cake:

Mix the water, butter and oatmeal together and let it stand for 20 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and bake 25 to 30 minutes.Icing:1 c. brown sugar1 stick butter1/2 c. cream1 can coconut1/2 tsp. vanilla Cook brown sugar, butter and cream for 2 minutes. Then add coconut and vanilla.
