  • peanut butter
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • teriyaki sauce - 1/3 c
  • crushed red pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • skinned chicken breasts - 2 pkg
  • each ground ginger, basil, onion powder and garlic powder - 2 tsp

How to make indonesian chicken:

Marinade:1/3 c. peanut butter1/3 c. teriyaki sauce1/4 c. lemon juice1/4 c. vegetable oil2 tsp. each ground ginger, basil, onion powder and garlic powder1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper Stir together all marinade ingredients. Marinate chicken overnight, then grill.
