Indonesian chicken wings
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 1/2
- honey - 1/2 c
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- teriyaki sauce - 1/4 c
- minced garlic - 2 Tbsp
- approximately 36 chicken wing drummettes
How to make indonesian chicken wings:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix honey, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ginger, water and garlic in small mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.Place clean, dried drummettes in a foil-lined baking pan so all chicken pieces are placed single layer in pan. Pour sauce over drummettes evenly. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover, turn chicken over and continue baking at 375° for 45 minutes, uncovered. Serve with rice dish.
