Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- heavy cream - 1/4 c
- peanut butter
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- crushed red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1/4 c
- boneless pork - 3/4 lb
How to make pork satay:
Sauce:2 Tbsp. peanut butter1 Tbsp. butter1 Tbsp. soy sauce1 tsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper1/2 tsp. sugar1/4 c. heavy cream Trim off fat and cut pork into 1inch cubes. Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and salt, whisk together. Marinate pork in this mixture for at least 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 425°. Mix sauce ingredients and cook until sauce thickens. Place pork cubes in a baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
