Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chili powder - 1/4 1/2
- ground cumin
- seasoned salt
- crushed red pepper - 1/4 1/2
- flour tortillas - 8 item
- sliced red bell pepper - 1 c
- beef or skinned chicken, sliced into strips
- each; sliced onion, green onions, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make fajitas:
Combine meat and marinade. Marinate for 2 hours.Saut vegetables in the 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil until lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
Saut meat for about 4 minutes. Toss with the cooked vegetables. Spoon into warmed tortillas. Serve with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes and onions.
