Ingredients/Components

  • can mushrooms, drained - 14 oz
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • dash of thyme - 1 item
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • cooked spaghetti - 2 c
  • diced, cooked ham
  • cooked tomatoes - 1 c

How to make chicken and ham bake:

Cook mushrooms, onion, peppers, garlic and thyme in butter until tender. Combine with rest of ingredients. Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes. You may sprinkle shredded cheese over the top when almost done. Serves 4 to 6.
