Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- minced onion
- slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 2 item
- pinch of pepper - 1 item
- minced green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Pour into prepared Pastry Shell
How to make miniature bacon-cheese quiche:
Combine all 8 ingredients; stir well. Pour into prepared Pastry Shell. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Pastry Shell:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour Shape dough into 30 (1-inch) balls. Place dough balls in lightly greased 1 3/4-inch muffin pans; shape each into a shell. Prick bottom and sides of pastry shell with a fork. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes. Let cool on a rack.
